WHY HIRE ME?
I study charts, data, predictability and market trends. Here it is through my lens: My first area of expertise comes from working for the Altman Development Corporation from 2002-2007. I was recruited to move thousands of foreclosure cases for the Plaintiff's side, at the now infamous, Law Offices of David J. Stern . In 2009, I studied and became a litigation paralegal while also training/dabbling in family law. In 2011, I joined Tripp Scott PA and from then, I worked on hundreds of loan modifications/loss mitigation in Equator during the foreclosure boom. I left the development and legal side to become an independent REALTOR® during the real estate crash of 2007. Over the last twenty years, I closed HAFA, MHA (Making Home Affordable) and HAMP deals for my Attorney friends. In 2024, I hosted workshops and remain informed by advocating for the disenfranchised and elderly. I attend Model City (Brownsub) committee and County Commission meetings alike. I support down payment assistance (DPA) programs to know EXACTLY where the most funds are flowing from the moment HUD, Tallahassee, MDEAT and local CRA's receive them!
